Neither is Isom, or Mayking but its still good to look at again. Many a good time out there, and great folks, another world away from the "Jersey Shore Crap"!!!

the only thing i see wrong with this video is that neon a staple of letcher co isnt shown or even metioned a lot of first things started there and a lot of great people have come out of there

I spent some time in Whitesburg in 1952 as a Recruiting Officer, and met the most wonderful people I had ever met. In fact, my love was from there, but she sent me a "Dear John" while I was overseas. It was probably my fault though, but I can still see her beautiful face and think of her often.

My parents were born and raised in Hemphill from 1929 to 1954ish. If they were with us they'd love this video and your music! Thanks.

I visited Letcher County back in around 2002, and went to a town called Flemming Neon and played music at the vfw post there with some friends of mine and the locals as well. Great bunch of people down there. They treated me like family.
