i was gonna say but u did already, ur kinda flailed around alot there. a good way to help that is to do your liquid with your muscles(forearm/bicept/shoulder/etc etc) tensed as hard as you can. this gives weight and mass to your limbs and it helps your muscles get used to the movements more quickly. not bad tho man i see potential
