Try the A39 from bath to taunton, then the A38 Taunton to The north devon Link road. If you wanna go further, take the link road up to Tiverton, then the A396 up onto Exmoor going through Wheddon cross to Dunster. Hang a right onto the A39 and follow the north devon coast road. Then wherever back home. Awesome. favourite route of mine!

Have done that route a few times but found the A39 gets too busy and the ride is ruined by being stuck behind cars. Even if I can get by I have to make sure that others behind me can

Sorry mate but the camera 's microphone is so small all it picked up was wind noise mixed in with engine noise - and it was annoying to listen to
