Joe knew there were cameras during that rally, if he didn't want to be discovered he should've stayed home. Besides, blame McCain for exposing Joe. He wouldn't stop bringing up Joe during the debate. This is what caused the media to be curious and look up who this Joe was. This is all McCain's fault.
