Tablet Borne: Fayte Rule, Part 1

I've been meaning, for the longest time, to practice drawing straight up with my tablet, if only to skip a step on the drawing process. For simpler things, not big huge ass projects, they come from paper, first. So what I would like to do is take some time drawing some characters from scratch on Photoshop with my tablet and see if I, eventually, will get better at it, because right now, while it's possible, I apply too much pressure and as such, hurt myself all the while.

You would think for such a thing that I would draw Nala or maybe even Kitty. But nope. This time I've decided to go against the system and begin this creative endeavor with my happy-go-lucky blondie, Fayte. She needs some love anyhow.

You'll notice all of my mess ups, such as accidentally starting to draw her in one of her old designs, forgetting one of her Sovereignty (Independent parody LOOOOOOLZ) symbols on her right sleeve, accidentally turning ImageReady on...luckily I caught it all as well. Hopefully this will be a treat for those of you who liked my Coloring Splash Woman video, only now, instead of just color, you can also see the drawing process as well.

So this is how the great Mr. Ohma draws. Much more refined then my method...might have to take a good number of pointers from this vid!
