Hey, answer for the person below.. These are just standard 5 note scales, the first one starts on C and it goes up then back down after "G" C D E F G F E D C. Then move on to C# when you change to each key, the positions change shape tho, so they dont all stay on the white keys. Its easy to do by ear tho if you know what the C major scale sounds like.

In addition: when your at C D E F G (C major) raise all up by half step, in that case you will be playing C#.
