Your exercise vids are really helping me! Always wanted to have muscular body, I play baseball so it helps a bit, but with these workouts, the results are gonna be 100 times better (=

@photojoebill1989 I agree with Kisar, many think that just by working out their midsection they can get cut, getting cut is really all about diet and how many calories you are burning as apposed to how many you are taking in. These exercises are to build strength in your midsection not really to burn fat away. Which is commonly the mistake of most that only train their abs for that purpose. 2 other exercises that train abs as well.. but not directly; dead-lifts and squats.

I would also work on different exercise that focus on the core muscles. If you do not know how to do functional or stability types of exercises, I will do some videos demonstrating that. Also, some Yoga moves will help increase those areas of your body that may have weak stabilizer muscles, etc.

@photojoebill1989 If you are already working out, then it will definitively challenge your muscles and give you results. If you have a poor diet, don't exercise and just do ab routines, then it may help a little bit, but it won't get you cut. If you are looking to really work those abs with a different routine to get better results, then I would incorporate this routine throughout the week in conjunction with what ever else you are doing (add resistance if needed - medball, etc)

my friend has a saggy belly due to her pregnancy, would this exercise help it?

@PreziosaEstrella It depends when she had her baby! You are not supposed to do any type of induced exercise for 6 weeks after you have a baby. This exercise might be too much for her at the beginning. I would recommend some of my other ab videos 7 minute abs, etc. After about 4 weeks I would recommend her trying this one.
