Welcome to the South Mountain Plantation Christmas Tree Farm, here in beautiful Boonsboro, Maryland. Owner Gary Cline demonstrates his skill at shearing trees. Gary has been in the Christmas tree business for 30+ years and has sheared many thousands of trees. When you find that perfect Christmas tree for your home, it got that way because of someone like Gary tending to it year after year. We open for business right after Thanksgiving, and we would love to have you stop by. Bring the kids, your parents, friends and neighbors for a time of enjoyment that cannot be had in a department store buying an artificial tree or in a parking lot picking through trees that were cut in September (no kidding). The views are spectacular from our mountainside farm. Who knows, maybe it will start snowing while you're here!
