  • He was being agressive, very.....I love your narration. Reminds me of Yoda

P.S. Not brutality, and tasing isn't shit. I've been tased 4 times for fun. We had a gun we used to sneak up on each other and do it in Iraq. People on Police videos just act like the world is coming to an end because they are trying to make it look more brutal in the courtroom if it would ever be seen by a judge. Just a common game criminals play

  • You're fucken stupid. I hate people who use the word "ALL PEOPLE BLAHLBH" Shut the fuck up and grow up. I'm not saying I'm on the cop's side, but when your ass is getting slowly butt-raped, you'd be the one screaming and calling for the cops, so shut the fuck up & deal with it. Get over yourself.

  • There must be alternatives to the taser e.g. tranquilising darts. Of course it you're in a situation where you might be tasered then wrap some tin foil around your chest. That should short that nasty instrument out!

  • the guy was lucky he got hit by a taser, I dont know about the exact law for police engagement in certian US States but if this happened in some Canadian Provinces, the accused would have been fired upon, note, not all of our police units even carry tasers, they stick with glocks and marks.

  • Its simple dont break the Law its not hard.

  • What would you do in a situation like you just described? Honestly. Think about the last time you dealt with an unruly and overly-aggressive person. That's who they deal with all day every day and are expected to be superhuman in terms of how they deal with them impossible. We ask our police to deal with the filth and trash that no one else will--and for little pay. I challenge you to ask your local police if you can do a "ride-along" once or twice. Many departments let citizens do it.

  • @jmk police are supposed to act professionally, not out of fear, and if they act out of fear and screw up, they should pay the penalty. like the officers that have killed people thinking that wallets, remote controls, spatulas and even a set of keys were guns. they acted out of fear and murdered innocent people carrying household items...

  • @jmk1a1 it concerns me because the US is not a warzone and should not be treated as such. that skinny cop was trained to deal with people that are bigger than him, and should have used that training. the person he tazed posed no threat and was no longer running, but was giving up. stopping and putting his hands in the air like he was being told.

  • @horse Why does that concern you? Fear is fear. You have no idea what real fear feels like, and what the human response to it is. Cops are human beings, not robots. They will act out of fear and anger just like any one of us would, especially when they're trying to arrest a runner who is bigger than them and they are all alone and young--that skinny cop looked about 25 years old. What if while he was running he hit your grandma or mom? Would you still want the cop to give him a big hug?

  • @jmk1a1 also: it concerns me you are trying to justify what this officer did by comparing what happens in a warzone in another country to this situation in our country and to our own citizens. i'm sure it's this kind of thinking that leads to this kind of behavior.

  • @jmk1a1 why thank you for the uncalled-for insult ;). how mature of you. i'm fairly sure that it's against regulations to taze a man who has his hands up and is no longer trying to escape. i'm also VERY sure that this officer knew this, which would explain why he lied when asked about what happened.

  • @horsedrinksgasoline, I hear ya, but you aren't there. It's quite a tense and frightening situation for anyone. The chase didn't start when the video started. Usually the suspect has run for a long time in his car endangering 100s of lives and then gives up. I promise, you'd do the same. I was in Iraq and A'stan for years and they do the same thing. They shoot and shoot until they run out of rounds, then put their hands up. You have NO idea what it's like spoon-fed boy! Life's harder than u know
