Some standards look better than others because the developers actually got their hands on the actual car to make a digital model. Some of the others are rehashes from Prologue and GT4. And some cars look like shit because they only had online models to go by since they never even had it in the GT series before.

@jullegaard90 thanks, well i myself own a nissan altima 3.5 se and did it in 9mins 48 this summer :P but it was slightly wet out there
