Mario Kart Wii: 4/09 - 2nd Tournament

Yet another tournament! This one was pretty simple but can be a little challenging if you don't know what to do. Here is the info:

"Race through DS Peach Gardens in this Time Trial, dodging Chain Chomps and Monty Moles along the way. Chain Chomps hold the Mushrooms, so grab to earn your best time!

This tournament ends 4/24."

you can only get the blue flame if your on a kart, when you get one of the 2 colors you can get a miniboost, and to powerslide you hit the jump button (B if you use wii wheel) and get your vehicle to tilt left or right and they will start sliding.

i just got this game, how do i do the thing where its blue fire then you get a boost from back of car also how do I do power slide thing when you turn?
