Best TF2 Glitch ever

Some glitch after the Heavy update caused certain classes to hold and use other classes' weapons. Like this scout holding the heavy's minigun.

EDIT: From what I've tried and done, class limits have to be on. When one class is one-person-to-full, you have to switch between that class and the one you're at. Eventually you should arrive at a combination of the two, but I haven't tried this very often.
