There's that front wheel bounce on idle that I remember - Bonnies did it too.

Slightly uneven tickover there, probably caused by worn throttle slides, one of the most common problems with Commandos due to the vibration of the engine and solid carburettor mountings

I see we have very similar tastes in motorcycles. I have one of these too. I would like to have a Laverda like yours. I have 70 650 Bonneville instead. Laverda's are hard to find. I am on the lookout.
