What is more frightening to realize is that all this confusion and misinformation and misapplication of the rules, the different legal meanings of words used in every day speech...it has all been accomplished deliberately, and consistently until we have the mess we are living today, when our streets are not safe, our courts are openly corrupt, and everyone is at each other's throats instead of knowing who the real culprets are: the ruling class that has taken over the administration of America.

@olga2415 yea..  there must be smarter people who know too and can help to bring the necessary changes to make it all more legitimate and legal etc. etc. (?) we'll see.. meanwhile.. live our own lives and 'ignore' them as much as possible (like the old saying..let them give a war and no one show up ' ) like that take care !

There are so MANY levels of misinformation and disinformation (deliberately) going on administratively, that it has become impossible to properly unravel the truth in a totally comprehensible manner that can be useful to those who are listening or trying to learn in a law library, how to use administrative rules to prove their particular claims or counterclaims in any court system available today even when their human rights are being violated. Ct. cases should never take as long as they do.

The first time I listened to this video, it stopped early on , and I thought there was nothing more to hear. I am glad I tried again and managed to wait out the pause. our courts of "Law" and rules of administrative procedure are being violated by the very administrators we trust to administer them. Our human rights are being run roughshod over. Even words we think we know the meaning of have a different meaning when used in court or in administrative proceedings. It's ALL smoke and mirrors!

Notice the first question asked of he imparting information? "Are you a practicing Attorney?".....as if no one else can know of what they speak. Yet, the last one a rational person would seek out to secure remedy against an Administrator in the U.S. govt. , is an Attorney! They are not allowed to be fully effective in matters of challenge to the administration of the laws misused and/or infringed by the U.S. govt. I got this info from one of the "horses" --right out of the horses mouth!

It's all linguistic babble designed to thwart any progress, in any judicial court, by anyone attempting to seek remedy for a clear act of fraud or corruption by any administrator of the so-called laws under which this nation supposedly operates--nothing but smoke and mirrors designed to drive the most sane among us stark , raving, mad should they seek remedy through the judicial brance of our government.
