The Butchers! Happy Trails Video classic

Song is about a lad on a very bad trip. My first video production. Performed by The Butchers in 1990. Tom Anton and Al Kakoczky, who went on to form the Time Flies, still perform together as Al Jones And The Famous Hungarians. John Larrowe, the Executive Producer, performs on drums. Song and Lyrics by Albert Kakoczky.

He wants to tell us his story, but he's trapped inside his wall,
The acid burns from the inside out, it splashes on us all,
His eyes are covered in a sort of silk, his mouth is open, but he cannot cry out,
Drowning in fear, a warning appears, in the air about his face, a fire,

He's far away now and cannot be reached,
We cannot get in, and he cannot get out,
The time has come and gone,
A warning ignored, so much time misspent.

So he stands to pick out a star from the universe,
But then again, it's better off left on high,
But there they are, so near and yet so far,
He believes that he can fly,

He's gonna try it anyway,
Though he knows that he will fail,
There's nothing anyone can say,
He's searching for his happy trails....
