Fuck what he said... because the result of this international level is not peace or something.... the result will be GLOBALIZATION...and the result of that will be poorness in more instead of less country, more dead people, people that have power and money and they will use it for its bad, no thought of helping the poor, cause they can't do anything, they will be too weak... Fuck it, history repeats itself and the that means everythign happens again on a bigger level...

But there is a fundamental difference between a dictatorship system of government in which the dictator is legally above law and a system in which the president is legally under the law but he may actually do things which are not lawful. And he doesn't have any unlimited protection for his decisions, and he has to answer questions. While a dictator cannot be traced by law.

Dear friend,
Democracy is a system of government. According to dictionary it is 'government by people'. I do accept that at present condition of the world leaders of democratic countries abuse the power. But can you show me any power which has not been abused? Religion and science, both have been abused highly by the authorities in power.
To try to establish a system of government in which abuse can be controlled is one thing, and to accept the fact that abuse is still there is another thing.
Democracy is now far from its ideal form. However we have a rational structure behind it. This structure is designed to prevent politicians from abusing power.
Of course, politicians ARE abusing power. However
the very existence of such a structure is hopeful. The present structure of democracy is weak but it will become stronger during the course of time not because of the good intentions of politicians but because of the international relations between countries and survival of the earth.
