The Retail Doctor talks with Today Tonight about whether great customer service still exists and how retailers can measure and improve their service standards.
@prodigistics my point is that if you find the identical item in 2 stores, you will go for the cheaper one, and it does not matter how bad the customer service is there. people are driven by greed and laziness. If you want to feel welcome somewhere go to your parents house.

@chromatic1976 Yes but the staff members make it even harder to make a customer/s feel welcome.
Hence the bad customer service, Remember every action has a reaction.

unfortunately there is no loyalty for good service. Annoying customers abuse good service outlets.
