How come you guys don't do any back squats?

I believe this is out of the question, but do you deadlift heavy weights every once in a while?

That's some great stuff, you guys only have high level lifters at your facility or do you have a range of athletes (beginner to experienced)? It's good to see there's some progress in Oly lifting in the US

Ok cool what is your daily routine like? Do u work to max then do drops? Also do u deadlift? Thanks for your replies I appreciate it

@Dcgusto9 Only front squats. We often do fs at the beginning and sometimes the end of the session.
