The shift was way too quick, bringing all the heat on your left hand.
IMO smooth is the goal in every trick, any non-motivated move raises suspicion in the spectator's mind. And suspicion is very bad...

I think it looks really good. But I also agree with what TheBradTobin said about the noise. I think that is the only thing that needs some polishing; other than that you pretty much are doing it beautifully IMO.
