While I don't need to understand your amazing work here's what caught my attention: At some point, Jobs mentions "connecting the dots" which is what you do at the beginning. We spend our lives connecting dots, making/trying to make life work and in an instant, such as that of a flame's breath, it's over. You brushing away the charred bits attests to Jobs' Buddhist beliefs: starting over with a clean slate. Andy, you're one genius having put forth an ode to another genius.
