047 - Find your Animal Totem - Guided Meditation

This is a Shamanism type meditation used with Drums.

i was deep in the forest and i saw a wise, old grizzly bear slowly walk towards me. I asked him excitedly if he was my spirit animal. He turned his head towards a nearby bush, and I walked towards it. 50 cent came out. :/

My safe place was me in the water, when I went through the door, I first saw a wolf, a white wolf, I asked it was it mine. But it said no..I walked down the path more, I saw a border collie sitting in the path, I asked it, she said yes, she's black, with white legs a white muzzle, under belly and the under neath of her tail was white.

Is it normal to have two totem animals? I was approached by two animals at one time, a grey wolf and a corsac fox. Both nodded when I asked if either of them were my totem animal.

I imagined my safe place as a meadow initially during the Summer, when I walked through the door it was suddenly Fall. The animal that came out was a Lnyx. I asked it if it was mine and it nodded.Then we were lying in the meadow just in the leaves when the Lynx turned to me and attacked me... I kept trying to go back and find another animal but it was always the Lynx and I never felt safe around it. Something felt so wrong.. what is going on here?

My spirit animal was a silver furred wolf, with a scar on it's eye as though it has seen rough times. I asked it questions about school, love and athletics. Then I was told to leave my spirit animal, and I couldn't help but be overcome with sadness.

Um...Well, I found The drumming quite distracting...so...I couldn't meditate without thinking of banging of hammers or something like that.

Tower arch in Moab. Animal was a mastiff, which is interesting because my zodiac sign is the dog.

Amazing meditation. As soon as the drums started I had a snake with me in my 'safe place' and then in the meadow came across a big fat rabbit which told me is wasn't my totem animal but lead me down the path to where I met mine; a grey she wolf. Felt so sad to leave her. Such a powerful and emotional experience, thank you Flora xxx

I pictured a creek in Pensilvania, that my cousins and me always visit during the summer. I could feel the warm gooopy mud get stuck between my toes. Then, I came across a doorway made out of vines and leaves. As I walked through it, I could see these green eyes stare at me thorugh the autumn meadow. I kept walking. A bear came up to me, but kept walking. Then, a head peeked out of the grasses. I have a mountain lion named Kileigha. she has strange red and blue markings, and lime green eyes.
