@Lewis1711 Or it's setting up a 'face turn' it didn't but it easilly could of. Instead they had OH become BB who was a heal as well. But it allowed a change from the 'enough is enough' push.

...and if you pause it exactly @1:14 you can see Severn's head was indeed exposed and would hit the mat, even though the whole thing afterwards w/ the stretcher/announcers/etc. was planned. I wonder if he really was injured and if so, to what degree...

He turned heel again on Blackman in the second Lion's Den Match and appeared in Royal Rumble '99. But this was the beginning of the end for Severn, Yes.
