  • @dimplezcutec for mac pigments or any eyeshadow that seems slight creamy or oily to begin with you only need alcohol. For micas you can use however many colours you want to get the shade you like but you have to use both the medium and the alcohol. For matte oxides you will need to grind it with the texture powder before adding the medium and the alcohol. Hope that helps :)
