I love this band and their songs are awesome, don't care what anybody says! Wish they were more popular in the United States so i could see them live

Really wish people would shut the fuck up when it comes to comparing this band to other bands with female vocalists seriously what's the point? If you enjoy their music then enjoy it don't try and say one is better then the other because it's all just a matter of opinion.

@sergerives2 Try listening to "Song of my self", by Nightwish and compare it to any song of EV or WT new albums. That's all I have to say. And Ev is or... was a Goth band. They have written goth songs... the proof is inside the CD.

@GothicWarrior94 LOL, that's the problem with you..you think that Evanescence is a goth band.. well I have some news for you: Evanescence is NOT a gothic band,it NEVER WAS AND NEVER WILL BE. Evanescence is just rock,and yes I've heard the new Ev's album and I fuckin' love it, best album so far.And the new WT's album it's just okay. So don't try to compare genres that obviously are not the same. And... Nightwish? REALLY? are you deaf? without Tarja they aren't nightwish anymore, that band sucks.

@sergerives2 Ok... I wrote that comment 1 year ago. Have you heard EV's new album? Yeah, it's awful, I know. However WT's new album is awful as well. Nightwish are on top at the moment while EV have nothing to offer to Goth music, other than a bunch of rubbish. WT were number one, a year ago when I wrote that comment... Right now they are almost as bad as EV... imo.

I like WT but lyrically Amy write the best songs ;) it's a shame If u can't apreciate that. Oh and Sharon is just too old for those ridiculous outfits. @wcbombers21 EXCUSE ME but Amy Lee has MORE fuckin' presence in one finger than Sharon in both hands. Sharon look ridiculous with that movements she does with her hands and head, it's SO creepy. And Sharon doesn't play piano, keyboard and harp on the stage as amy does. I really love Within Temptation but the way they perform the music is so bored, they have so powerful music and Sharon is just there singing without moving around the stage.
