@MakaiDemonKarasu this may sound dumb but are you clicking ok when you are done config the controller and underr the pbus make sure controller 2 says selectand see if that works

@MakaiDemonKarasu are you useing the keyboard or a controller and you should get the lates freedo and see if that works

@dinggullberry well i would not say it can't in there next update of the emulator you might be able to use a controller but i have not used this emulator that long so i will look into it but for me it is pretty easy to use the keybord ps this could also be a bug in the emulator
