What is that thing called that you find the yellow container in?

I found a glitch in the game. It was around the part where you get the key from the mystery guy. I accidentally sent the key back and then it said "There's No Escape". It was so dumb. I prefer White Chamber over this one.

Now my memory might be a little off, but I could have sworn there was a way to call your captor BEFORE you send the paper, and he tells you he wants X amount of money. It's just a vague little thing I remember.

Scared the shit out of me as a kid the viridian room is by far the scariest though

the way you find out the phone number: Click on the paper, click on the pen until "help me" is spelled. Then, pick up any phone and look at the numbers. They all correspond to letters. For example, 2 has the letters abc below it. The h in help me would be a 4, the e would be a three, and so forth. As for the star being space, that is what the skull shows you after you put the paper in the tube.

This is the worst one, because the thing with the phone is so stupid. My friend figured it out somehow but it was just luck. I doubt I would ever have guessed that you have to dial help*me. That's just dumb.
