Slow Down London (www.slowdownlondon.co.uk) was a project to inspire Londoners to improve their lives by slowing down to do things well. The Slow Down London festival was held between 24 April - 4 May 09, offering Londoners ideas and opportunities to challenge the cult of speed and appreciate the world around them. The aim of this video is to raise awareness of the project through the art of time-lapse cinematography.

You're right! But the beautiful thing about London is, you're never far from a peaceful open space where you can get away from it all. It's a shame I was there on a Sunday - I should have caught the commuters instead of the tourists
