  • @scondore nick! Quik question, when you do ARM day wouldn't you be naturally hitting your triceps on chest day because of the pushing movements? And when you train your back your hitting your biceps also. So wouldn't it be better to do chest and tri's then back and bi's? I would think b4 you fully recover your doing the same muscle again

  • @jizzum4000 You do hit them indirectly in all of the above, but not enough to isolate and call it a full workout IMO.. And I always do arms at the end of the week they are fully recovered. I would reccomend Back and Tris and Chest and Bis if you are going to do that split otherwise it could be overtraining FOR that same purpose you stated..

  • @usmananjum17 lol those aren't 45 pound plates. Looks really impressive and I'm sure it's heavy... but it isn't 315 pounds lol

  • @scondore thanks man! I usually just do chest, tri's, shoulders all pushing movements, then my back and bi's together (pulling movements) I end my workout with isolation movements to really finish off my arms. I'm currently doing a 3 day split. Maybe ill change it up. Were I can I see your full rutine? P.s you just got a new subscriber
