OpenScape Energy Efficient Manager Demo Interop 2011

At Networld+Interop 2011 in Las Vegas Enterasys and Siemens Enterprise Communications had a joint booth which showcased many of our award winning and new solutions. Over 13,000 IT professionals made their way to the Mandalay Bay convention center in Las Vegas the week of May 9th for Interop 2011, a 2% increase in attendance over last year. Siemens Enterprise Communications and Enterasys teamed up once again to showcase our latest technology. In addition to the Enterasys Wireless and Wired Portfolio and cutting edge NMS integration solutions, we had our OpenScape Mobility Bar set up once again like we featured earlier in the year at Enterprise Connect, along with the OpenScape UC, video demos, OpenScape Voice and the Cloud portal. Finally, our OpenScape Energy Efficiency Manager (OS EEM) was a new addition to our booth this year, an electrifying demonstration of the tremendous cost savings that can be realized by setting policies to power off unused devices in the network.
