Your argument is based upon religion and has no foundation in experience. Sex can be different things to different people. Yes. Sex CAN be a unitive act. I've had that, its special. Sex can also be for pleasure only. I've had that too, and its fun. There is a difference. Christianity has a large population, but is not the only religion. Imposing the morals of one religion or philosophy upon all people is a violation of free will.

i had a friend that had the attetion of all the girls at his school because he told everyone he was a virgin, he respected girls and was a romantic. This kind of made him a target or a conquest for some loose girls. He was invited to a party and a girl got him really drunk and threw herself on him and asked him to stay overnight. They had sex and before leaving the next morn. he got her #. He called her and she wanted nothing to do with him, telling him she only wanted his virginity. He cried.

And can't sex (or love) be the manifestation of real love, outside of marriage? I think most people agree with your looong philosophical point in all kinds sex being.. sex. But you kind of squeeze God in, especially in the end. For a christian, the only reason to save sex for marriage is because God wants you to (or the New Testament), not beacuse it's immoral in general. Actually, the old testament doesn't mention anything about fornication.
