@SamBam1315 No. They were touring on the albumb 'The Black Parade' It was an consept Al. Well, Gerard said. "Lets dress up AS The Black Parade." They ARE the black parade, and when the tour ended, they were MCR. Because, when they were done with the long tour, they werent the black parade again. Now there THE KILLJOYS and after that, they'll be whatever Gee's mind can thinkk off. :3
