In case one doesn't understand the video:

the ppl with hats on their face represent all the lawmakers and followers who got blinded be their status and cold mechanical laws. It should be on their head instead, the orange is representing nature, and the black thing (oil?) natural resource. One of the guys on the arena says its hopeless while the other one says there is still a chance.
