Ken MacDermotRoe interviews attorney William F. Pepper about the conspiracy to assassinate Dr. Martin Luther King in Memphis, Tennessee on April 4, 1968. Mr. Pepper represented the King family in the civil wrongful death action in which the court found that Dr. King was assassinated in a conspiracy in which government agents played the largest part. Mr. Pepper is the author of "An Act of State, The Execution of Martin Luther King". The 28:18 interview has been divided into three parts for this YouTube edition. The program is an edition of the series "History Counts" produced by MDR Productions and originating at radio WPKN 89.5 FM, Bridgeport, CT.
William Pepper is a real American patriot & truth teller. He won a unanimous decision in a Memphis civil trial suit on behalf of the King family in 1999 that convicted Loyd Jowers (not James Earl Ray) and “un-named government co-conspirators” of the murder of MLK. He put an amazing amount of information into the public record that way, including many witnesses that had been avoided by the official investigation that pinned the crime on Ray.

Pepper is a shill....Martin didn't desire to be the centered force of a political party. That's not true. Pepper often speaks in half-truths regarding King's reality. Sensationalism to sell books. "When Abernathy asked me to go interrogate Ray,"...Pepper's not a law enforcement agent or agency, so how could he interrogate anything? Me no like Pepper...he's speaks in fodder founded rhetoric just to make a buck
