ondulação perfeita !!!

@FruitarianSwimster that seems so strange though. Every single one of my coaches have told me to look straight down, and that being horizontal is a good thing. I dont see how having his lower body a little lower would capitalize on his kick?
-
@desinaner He slightly tilts the head up to prevent over rotation on the breath and balances his body to take full advantage of his especially powerful kick; by avoiding a completely horizontal position.
-
Correct me if I am wrong.. but isn't he looking forward? Are you supposed to look down?
-
Very excellent ! How dynamic and elegant his free-style form is!
This is similar with a best form in my mind.
-
Cameraman is faster than him!

@jeef0 You know, when i wrote the message i thought that too. But recently i saw a video, some tribute to Ian or something (can't remember), when it appears the image enlarged, and we can clearly see Grant right next to Ian. I was wrong, it's actually Ian.

@sirdelrio True, it's Hackett in the '98 World Championship at the 400 m free.

you can recognize it from the catch and the recovery. is not at all like ian's, totally grant hackett.
That music was fantastic with this video :((
