Emo derives from the word emotional so to say a band is "emo" makes no sense since most bands sing with emotion. For those who think that the song sucks because of the screaming you should learn to realize that's what builds the song up into that gorgeous chorus. Without it this song would probably sound too soft and lacking to be a 55 Escape song.
