R.I.P Grandpa John McLorn from Clan of Lorn. You were but a farmer, a ranch hand. For ever loving your Scottish back ground and i was yet just a kid living in a fast paced world. Your stories of Scotland heard by my young def ears were not forgotten but engraved in my heart. I will forever tell of your stories to my children and theirs to come. Your hands once worked the fields of Scotland as a young lad until you were brought to the land of the free. We love and miss you very much John Mclorn

@soozin1962 Yeah, especially since one of the composers, namely Michael Korb, took lessons for the pipes from Paddy Atkinson from 1975 onwards...several years before he and Uli Roever composed the song. Doh, dude, stop this stupid false nationalism, stick to the facts and enjoy the musc, ok?

A friend sent me the link because she knows I love listening to the bagpipes! I could listen to them for hours!!!
My only problem was that it was way too short!!! One of my best friends (deceased now) was originally from Motherwell, Scotland, so I got to hear the bagpipes a lot!!!
