Namor: The Sub-Mariner Trailer [Fanedit]

YES, IT'S FAN-MADE. During his last voyage, sea captain Leonard McKenzie meets a princess from an underwater blue-skinned race of humans called Atlanteans. The pair enjoy a brief affair which spawns the Marvel Universe's 'First Mutant', Namor.
After decades underwater, an ageless Namor resurfaces to New York to find the source of unnatural seismic anomalies disturbing his kingdom. Seduced by government agencies, including S.H.I.E.L.D, Namor encounters hostility and friendship from humans and Atlanteans.

This one was more fun to make than some of my more recent stuff. It was more of a case of shaving down all the best money-shots into a story-arc. I never plan these things - I just load the footage and 'typical rhetoric' soundbites and make it up as I go. I've thrown in cameos and played with a lot of effects too. The editing program on my laptop deleted its own monitor window, so I made most of this video with my older PC.

Nice job.Its cool how you made The Life Aquatic seem serious.if you make another one throw in the human torch if you can. I read a comic where they fight each other all over the world.that woud be great to see.you could probably use the fight between Neo and Smith from Matrix 3 for that.Great trailer.

Being a fan of Golden Age Timely/Marvel Comics I am thrilled to see this movie project. I thought that Keanu Reeves would be a natural in the role of Namor... Dwayne Johnson as Sub Mariner is an interesting casting choice..should be good!
