5/14/10: Why do Taiwanese book publishers continue to include maps with "Taiwan" (台灣) labeled or spelled incorrectly? This has happened on numerous occasions, with publishers always saying it was an "accident". Once is an accident, after the fourth or fifth time it starts to look calculated.
