@nationalpro12 no, you dont. its just NBA leniency. its actually 2 steps and 2 steps ONLY but the refs cbf doing it on fastbreak because they assume that the player can do it by dribbling once then stopping.
and dont antagonize people with that "if u knew anything about ball" shit.

i think thats travel, its 3 steps, and even thats only two steps that would be travel too cuz he faked, after two steps he should either shoot or pass, but im not sure tho how many steps he took, i cant see his feet clear. looks 2 or 3
