I am having the same problem as your. I got 2 university degrees, went and get a office boy job and they told me -I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE. My job mentor said " Why NOT go work for free and people know that you are keen" I nearly slap that bitch silly.

Sometime you gotta (Dumb Down) your resume, people WONT hire you if they fell threatened that you can possibly that there job. Thats what being over qualified really means, their scared you have the skills to replace them. Even if a job really sucks 50% of something is betten then 100% of nothing. Also, College's have great program 2 help people get jobs even if your not a student there. Good luck man.

steal, sell drugs, find everything u can sell, dumpster dive and find more + put it on craigslist, pray, read survival books and go live in the wilderness, apply for social security, bum change in front of the store, don't buy anything unless you'll die if you don't, get locked up on purpose with contraband hidden inside you and sell it for money to be sent to someone you trust, say what u just said to every phone # in the yellow pages under churches, don't pay rent, stay in a shelter for 3 mons
