Please if you attempt to beat this, please include an energy leak test with the vid (hoverballs with 0 resistance on the wheels)

IMPORTANT: record attempts must use the same PHX wheels as this car, those have always been the rules; There is no point in adding larger wheels, cause anybody can add larger and larger and larger wheels, increasing speeds to no end.

Please don't go on about how you beat this by X amount, prove it (without physics mod).
