Dear Vera, another version is to take ea. biscuit (don't cut it) and stuff with 1 tablespoon of cream cheese or mascarpone then coat with sugar & cinnamon mixture and continue. The result is surprising and delicious...try it you'll thank me.

@TheAkersAkers Its basically clumps of dough (biscuits) mixed with cinnamon and sugar. Then its put into a pan (bun cake usually). A special mixture is then made to be added on top of the clumps of dough.
