ok.......to clear shit up here.......this is Donald Fagan, and I gotta say this is a total embarrassment to the credibility that Our Band is being besmirched. It was a PBS thing directed by some Steven Hawkins gimp who barked at us through one of those vocoder things placed against his throat. Earlier that morning I was diagnosed with hep C and anal herpes and I just wasn't into it. Huffing a whole buch of glue while getting blown by some cracked-out nip skank just beforehand didn't help either.

The guitar player started this mess. After that everyone started to play a different song in a different key, all at one time. Wow, what mass confusion ! Not the Steely dan I grew up with for sure.

This is the funniest thing I've seen on YouTube since the Herman Li guitar tutorials. Probably because it reminds me of so many Steely Dan cover band practice sessions I've taken part in. Hilarious.
