700x1 off a 15'' box. Everything felt a little bit off today. My nervous system is completely shot after this shit though. I definitely am de-loading next week. All in all it was easy as hell. Once again, I am struggling to stabilize the weight as you can see from the trembling LOL! But as I said b4, the actual push off the box was easy as hell. I definitely need to work on my core a little bit. Body weight is still around mid to high 280's. I'm half tempted to balloon back up well over 300....But I really need to keep my running in check as well as my strength...Kind of a middle of the road type of thing. I definitely have some hard work ahead of me.

  • Hell yeah Maz! I knew 700 was going to go up, 7 plates is a dream for most, but for you its a reality.

  • @WeightLifterNerd The comment I left on the other vid (600x10) was meant for this one. But whatever haha! In terms of being able to muscle this up, no problem, but in terms of supporting the weight...Thats another issue. (If you couldnt tell by me quivering from the weight) never had this problem b4...Any suggestions guys?

  • To prevent from Shaking start walking out the squats.

  • @Kazmaier yesh all of the people in this video are men! they really are.

  • dude then problem is ur monolift needs to be adusted higher...ure doing 2 reps basically since ur squats are well abovem parralel...but then again it doesn't matter since the shaking is all an at and ure really using fake plates :p jk

nice work man hahaha was 1 rep the goal, or were u going for more? never kno with u brother hahahaahh!!!!

  • I say do heavy unracking after your main squatting sets, or even a separate day, although I think you should just knock it out after your main squat workout on the same day. Thats my suggestion anyways.

  • Yeah i think you looked good for possibly 2-5 reps! I did notice you were quivering once you unracked it, I might not be the best guy to ask advice, seeing as you squat way more then me. My suggestion would be load up like 720-750 and just practice unracking it. Unrack it and just hold it on your back for like 5-10 seconds, just get a feel for the heavy amount of weight on your back. maybe even do super high partial reps, and set the adjustment bars as high as your monolift bars and squat it.
