You need to weld stainless or inconel flange to tubes. The flange has a double vee groove requiring a full penetration weld. The flange has bolt holes, with the high TIG weld heat the holes change shape (out of spec) The solution for the multipass welds is TIP TIG which welds 200 - 300 % faster than regular TIG. TIP TIG requires 50% less passes, no weld spatter, no fumes, minimum weld cleaning and requires less weld skills.
