Please, can anybody uploaded it sync'ed???

Exactly. He wants them to "overdo" the vibrato, "but not exceeding a flat third!" :-)
-
No, Kleiber actually WANTS a huge vibrato.
-
At 6:30, Kleiber gets done explaining that he wants a narrower type of violin vibrato as opposed to a wide warbly vibrato.
As soon as he's done explaining, the 1st violins come in with this HUGE vibrato that sounds wobbly and unclean!
Kleiber doesn't lose his cool right then as I might have when I conduct. He goes on and makes the orchestra laugh with a comical display of operatic quasi drama!

only thing annoying: the fact that sound and picture are not together.

I can't understand German or Italian, yet it's obvious to me what this great conductor wants his orchestra to do.
All of Kleiber's phrases have a direction and a mood. With this particular orchestra, he's trying to get them to not play ploddingly or heavily or metronomically in the wrong spots.
