these two are a magnificent duo. great accomplishment here and much soulful artistry!
& btw... all that upper body movement is about using the torso as a control on arm weight (which is kinda important when doing heavy music like rach on a heavy modern piano) & is fairly well established technique (also allied to breath/rhythmic indication)
nothing gross or distasteful here at all here i'd say!

@betablokker123 -duo pianists and other small collaborative groups generally play with the score available. Wherever did you get the idea that they should play from memory?
