  • Her recipe states: *1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes with Italian seasonings *1/2 15.5-ounce can no-salt-added navy beans, rinsed and drained *1 14-ounce can reduced-sodium chicken broth *1 teaspoon sugar *1 cup cooked chicken breast meat *2 ounces baby spinach *2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves *2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil *1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese I was just diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes a few days ago, so I need all the help with cooking I can get.
