Now that we're past the 2010-2011 holidays, it's time to get back in the grove with an evening's tour of two shows in Brooklyn. "Winter Break" is one of the first painting shows presented by MOMENTAart. This exhibition features work from the "periphery of painting practice" with pieces by Marina Adams, Peter Hopkins, Robert Janitz and Brooke Moyse. Curated by Lia Rose Newman, "The Constructed Landscape" at NURTUREart takes a look at synthetic interpretations of landscape and presents works in several mediums. Features pieces by Saul Becker, Tim Kiernan, Mike Lavine, Greg Lindquist, Mario Marzan, Jason Mitcham and Alison Overton. This program includes interviews with Eric Heist, Director of MOMENTAart, and curator Lia Rose Newman.
Great work I agree with the below comment too.

Thanks for sharing JK. Love the new rough cuts channel. I do have a bit of constructive criticism for you. When you interview folks you often ask a question and only allow a partial response before you cut them off. I understand that you possibly desire expedient comments, but I have to say that it is quite frustrating to experience. I am also quite sure it is frustrating for the interviewee. Please allow for completed comments and then edit properly. I hope you're open to such criticism.
