  • i know most of you lack common knowledge. but your taking a vehicle that cost 80k made to go versus the BIG DOGS. or an EVO ~30k made for rally.

    stock gtr goes 11s

    evo stock 13.4s

give the evo 50k difference in mods and i highly doubt that evo would lose. let's get real. both cars are made for certain aspects and the price difference your paying is what you get. bang for buck goes to the evo imo.

  • EVOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • @NJevoIXgsr EVO = Boyhood. GT-R = Manhood. I'd rather spend more money to get a GT-R IMO

  • @NJevoIXgsr they have already compared a 50k evo vs old 65k GT-R and GT-R was faster in every way :) in my oppinion! its a better car :) evo will just cost you alot to keep it running...

  • evo :p

  • @NJevoIXgsr that's why i love my evo, it's so raw that i have never felt anything else like it in my life.

  • @NJevoIXgsr I agree about the evo having a lot of that tracking ability built in for a great price, but you'd be surprised what you can do with weight, downforce, suspension, etc. in addition to engine mods to make something like an S2000, SRT4, GTI, or Civic take on the likes of GT-R's and Porsches. And around the track it's not all about handling either. Yeah you want good handling to corner hard, but just as important is a lot of power to pull you out of the corners.

  • @soldier9599 Your right. But just like what I did. You can't make any car a super car and have the attributes of something like an evo. It's abilities to take a corner and run that track down is not something that can be done with something like an intergra, civic bubble, si etc. Even my new POS Audi A4 and S4 owners know they can make their cars fast but around the track even with shit load of money an EVO bang for buck is just short of a miracle. con: evo is too raw for a DD.

  • @NJevoIXgsr You could do the same thing with any cheap car.

  • evos have gotten 12.95 stock

  • @BABS7474 I got my evo for 32k with 13 miles on it. A 400whp evo will go low 11s easy. A 500whp evo will go mid 10s easy. a 485hp gtr goes mid 11s. My car is over 400whp and goes low 11s cosistantly. I spent less then 5k on it. That still leaves me a shit ton of money to blow. Tho the evo doesnt have the name like the skyline or the looks or interior. The evo can still hold its on being what it is.
